Gene McNary President and Chairman of the Board Mr. McNary is the former Commissioner of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services, as well as the former St. Louis County Executive. Now an executive director of the Missouri Gaming Commission, Mr. McNary is a highly respected member of the St. Louis community known for his outstanding leadership and dedication to civic issues.
