 who headed the deaf and hard of hearing program. She lost her battle with 
 cancer in 2001.\n\nHer dedication to students with hearing disabilities in
 spired her co-workers and family to organize an annual fundraiser to honor
  Dianne’s commitment and to help the students she served.\n\nSince new hea
 ring aids and audiological equipment are rarely covered by insurance or ta
 x dollars\, we need your help more than ever before.\n\nOn behalf of all t
 he students and parents we serve\, know that your generosity and support a
