Time is running out to apply for the Classroom Innovation Grants, designed to support creative, student-centered ideas that enhance learning for students with disabilities. With just two weeks remaining, now is the time for educators to turn innovative classroom ideas into reality.

These grants empower educators to think beyond traditional resources—funding projects that promote engagement, independence, and meaningful learning experiences. From adaptive tools and technology to hands-on learning initiatives, Classroom Innovation Grants help bring ideas to life that directly benefit students in the classroom.

Katie Rohlfing: Maplewood-Richmond Heights School District

She used her Classroom Innovation Grant to expose her students to new foods, interacting with food through play, expanding food repertoire by tasting/eating new foods, and self-feeding skills.

Emily Prendergast: Litzsinger School

She used her Classroom Innovation Grant as a student incentive system to help students achieve their set goals for each week.

If you have an idea that could remove barriers, spark curiosity, or better support your students, we encourage you to apply before the deadline. Your innovation could make a lasting difference for the students you serve. Don’t wait! Applications close February 28, 2026 — Apply today!
